For many people, the uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus is proving to be a challenge… emotions are running high, anxiety is creeping in, and frustration, boredom, and loneliness are present. If you are interested in being part of a discussion about the various emotions you and others in our community are noticing, as well as hear about strategies to manage those emotions, please join us for this hour-long Zoom session. Facilitated by Jill Frame, LCSW, LADC, participants will have an opportunity to share their experiences, hear from others, and learn ways to cope with difficult feelings as we navigate this experience together.
