Tuesday, May 5
3:00 – 4:00 p.m.

During this one hour program we will explore improv games, mindfulness moments and laughter yoga games suited for video conferencing. Sometimes mindfulness is seen as the opposite of fun, but it can actually be a way of deepening the experience of pleasure.

Because of the high degree of interactivity, we need to be to see you and hear you and you will need to see and hear us in order for this to work well. So, we are going to ask that everyone has video on and audio working. If you are going to be participating with household members, please make sure it’s not more than two people per computer and that your screen is big enough so that everyone can see easily. Ages 18 and over please- while it is G rated fun, it requires adult attention spans. Limit 12 computer screens.
