Saturdays, beginning March 3
- Interactive gallery exhibit: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Special hands-on activity: 11:00 – 11:45 a.m.
Artist Marie Ahearn brings art to a young child’s perspective through an exploration of the farm. Children can view an interact at child’s eye level with original works of art depicting farm scenes. Can you peck like a chicken? Can you experience what a bunny’s fur might like? Can you picture yourself on a farm?
The interactive exhibit will take place each Saturday morning in March from 9:30 to 12:00. At 11:00 a.m., children and family members can participate in a hands-on activity, such as creating farm animals using the shape of their hands, working on a chalk mural of the farm, singing songs about the farm to live music, and more! No registration is necessary!
